CURRENT PRE CONTEST DIET AND ACTIVITIES

Well with the festive season over its time to knuckle down and start preparing for the upcoming competitive year 2009 goals for 2009 is to compete in the following shows : ANB SYDNEY,ASIA PACIFIC, and the one that's still closest to my heart ANB AUSTRALIA my gaol for this year is to add 3 kilos of quality muscle and be bigger fuller and harder than last year.

My current eating programme is as follows:
16 weeks to the Sydney show

5.30am
1 glass water
1 hour treadmill

7am
1/2 cup rolled oats or 1/3 cup grits in water
2 scoops horleys ice protein powder added to oats or grits
1 teaspoon fibre cleanse
6 eggwhites and 1 whole egg scrambled with molly mcbutter cheers flavour sprinkle

tip I add extra water to the oats and egg whites while dieting but not to the grits

10am
150gms protein
100gms mixed vegies
or
a serve of horleys ice protein powder mixed in water

1pm
150gms protein
100gms mixed vegies

4pm
150gms protein
100gms sweet potato ( pre workout meal)

8pm
150gms protein
100gms sweet potato (post workout meal)

10pm
4 eggwhites -cooked
or horleys ice protein powder mixed in water

TIP
In-between every meal I take 4 amino complex tabs

CURRENT SUPPLEMENT PROGRAMME

branch chain amino acids :bcaa
sports level multi vitamin
multi b complex
vit c + bioflav
calcium
biotin
vit e
zinc
megadophilus

WATER

I currently drink 4 litres per day with sugar free tang added to 2 of the 4ltrs

At this stage it is not imperative to strictly adhere to the above however any deviations must be compensated for, at this stage I just eliminate any JUNK foods.

SUNDAY IS THE BEST TREAT DAY FOR ME SO THAT'S WHEN I TREAT MYSELF
